电子信息类专业本硕协同创新创业能力培养模式探索
Exploration of Collaborative Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability Training Mode for Undergraduate and Master’s Students of Electronic Information Majors
【摘要】 针对电子信息类专业人才创新创业能力培养过程中普遍存在的缺乏有效的专业交叉培养手段以及产业与教育深度融合的培养机制、创新团队缺少长效管理模式和评价机制、有效融合的思政教育平台不足等难题,教学团队建立了“思政”、“竞赛群”、“实训营”、“仿人机器人创新基地”、“青年学者论坛”5个平台,将课程、毕业设计、大创项目、实训营、竞赛、社会服务和青年学者论坛等环节有机结合,构建了思政引领、专业交叉、本硕交叉、课内外交叉、产学融合、研赛融合、赛教融合的“三交叉,三融合”的地方应用型高校电子信息类专业本硕协同创新创业能力培养模式。实践证明,本硕协同培养模式在创新创业教育中取得了良好的成效。
【Abstract】 In the process of training the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of electronic information talents, there are common problems such as the lack of effective cross-training means, the training mechanism of deep integration of industry and education, the lack of long-term management mode and evaluation mechanism of innovation team, and the lack of effective integration of ideological and political education platform. It has been established five platforms: “Ideological and Political Platform”, “Competition Group”, “Training camp”, “humanoid Robot Innovation Base” and “Young Scholars Forum” by teaching team, which organically integrate courses, graduation designs, major innovation projects, training camps, competitions, social services, and youth scholar forums. The “three-cross, three-integration” mode of collaborative innovation and entrepreneurship training for undergraduate and master’s students of electronic information majors in local applied colleges has been built, which includes ideological and political leadership, professional intersect, undergraduate and master’s students intersect, Intra-and extra-curricular intersect, industry-learning integration, research competition integration, and competition and teaching integration. Through practice, it has been proven that the collaborative training model of undergraduate and master students has achieved good results in innovation and entrepreneurship education.
