基于循证医学教学法在实验诊断学血液病中的应用初探
A Preliminary Study on the Application of Evidence-based Medicine in Laboratory Diagnostics of Hematolog
【摘要】 目的 探讨基于循证医学的教学方法在实验诊断学血液病中的应用效果。方法 选取华南理工大学2020级62名五年制临床医学专业学生作为研究对象。创新组(32名)实施循证医学教学方式;传统组(30名)实施传统教学方式。比较两组学生实验考核和期末血液病部分理论考核成绩,统计两组学生对教学效果的主观评价。结果 创新组实验考核成绩高于传统组(P<0.05),期末血液病部分理论考核成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。创新组学生对教学评价优于对照组学生(P<0.05)。结论 基于循证医学教学方式在血液病学习中更能锻炼学生的临床实践技能,更有助于学生临床思维能力的提高,为后续课程改进积累经验,为打造实验诊断学一流课程融入新的教学模式,达到教学相长的效果。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the impact of evidence-based medicine in laboratory diagnostics of hematology.Methods A total of 62 5-year clinical medicine students in the class of 2020 at South China University were chosen to participate in the current study. The traditional group(30 students) were enrolled in the usual teaching program, while the innovative group(32 students) adopted evidence-based medicine teaching mode. We compared the results of the experimental examination and the final theoretical test of hematological diseases, and tallied the subjective assessment of the instructional impact.Results The difference in the final hematological disease portion of the theoretical assessment scores was not statistically significant(P>0.05), but the experimental assessment scores of the innovative group were higher than those of the traditional group(P<0.05).Students in the innovative group gave their teachers higher ratings than students in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching mode of evidence-based medicine is better able to exercise students’ clinical practice skills during the study of hematological diseases, which is more beneficial in improving students’ clinical thinking abilities, accruing experience for the improvement of the subsequent courses. This exploration can integrate a novel teaching approach for the first-class curriculum of laboratory diagnostics and to achieve the effect of mutual benefits.
