【摘要】 残障友好型社会是人们对残障者与社会之关系认识不断深化的逻辑产物，它契合了我国新时代残疾人事业现代化的目标要求。通过对残障友好型社会的思想脉络、概念内涵和理论价值的阐述，力求将其发展为具有本土风格的残障理论和话语体系。“两个格外”的政治承诺，日益完善的制度体系，社会保障、公共服务和无障碍环境的持续改善等为残障友好型社会建设奠定了坚实基础。面对目前存在的问题，需要在今后中国式现代化进程中，确立符合国情的残障友好型社会建设理念，推进顶层设计和公共行动，加快无障碍环境建设，加强对不同范式下残障友好型社会的研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 A disability-friendly society is the logical result of people’s deepening understanding of the relationship between persons with disabilities and society, which fits the goal and requirement of the modernization of the cause of persons with disabilities in the new era. By elucidating the ideological context, conceptual connotation and theoretical value of a disability-friendly society, we aim to develop it into a disability theory and discourse system with Chinese style. The “two-extra” political commitment, the improving institutional system, and the continuous improvement of social security, public services and accessibility have laid a solid foundation for the construction of a disability-friendly society. In face of the remaining problems, it is necessary to establish the idea of a disability-friendly society in line with the national conditions, promote top-level design and public actions, accelerate the construction of accessible environment, and strengthen the research of a disability-friendly society under different paradigms in the future process of Chinese style modernization.更多还原
