应用型大学教师心理健康问题及对策研究——基于工会组织视角
Research on the Psychological Health Issues and Countermeasures for Teachers in Application-oriented Universities: Based on the Perspective of Trade Union Organizations
【摘要】 随着经济社会的快速发展以及应用型大学的深度转型,高校教师在教书育人、科学研究、社会服务和日常生活等方面承受着一定的压力,心理健康问题日益凸显。从职业发展、管理服务、家庭生活等方面分析应用型大学教师心理健康问题的影响因素,基于高校工会组织视角,借鉴员工帮助项目(EAP)模式,探索构建应用型大学教师心理健康服务体系,提出加强教师心理健康服务的有效措施,从而改善高校教师的心理健康状况,为高水平应用型大学建设提供人才支撑。
【Abstract】 With the rapid development of economy and society, as well as the profound transformation of application-oriented universities, university teachers are facing increasing pressures in teaching, scientific research, social services and daily life.Their mental health issues are becoming increasingly prominent. This paper analyzes the influencing factors of psychological health problems among teachers in application-oriented universities from the perspectives of career development, management services and family life.Based on the perspective of university trade union organizations and drawing on the employee assistance program(EAP)model, it explores the construction of a psychological health service system for teachers in application-oriented universities.Effective measures to strengthen teachers’ psychological health services are proposed, aiming to improve the mental health status of university teachers and provide talent support for the construction of high-level application-oriented universities.
