新型载体化妆品安全防腐体系研究
Research on the Safety and Anti-corrosion System of New Carrier Cosmetics
【摘要】 参照《化妆品防腐挑战试验》T/SHRH 017-2019,研究不同成型基质水凝胶防腐体系的防腐效能,结果显示,0.05%乙基己基甘油具有抑菌增效作用。实验分别采用0.05%乙基己基甘油复配0.5%对羟基苯乙酮和0.5%1,2-己二醇,0.05%乙基己基甘油复配0.2%对羟基苯乙酮、0.024%辛酰羟肟酸和0.020%甘油辛酸酯,0.05%乙基己基甘油复配0.107 5%对羟基苯乙酮、0.047 5%辛酰羟肟酸和0.001 25%环庚三烯酚酮作为水凝胶防腐体系,实验结果显示:以上3组防腐体系具有良好的防腐效能。替代防腐成分具有协同抑菌作用,经化妆品防腐挑战试验证明可达到良好的防腐效能,可以更好地满足人们对化妆品安全、温和的需求。
【Abstract】 By revering to the Cosmetic Preservative Challenge Test T/SHRH 017-2019, a study was conducted on the anti-corrosion efficiency of different anti-corrosion systems in different hydrogel forming substrates. The results showed that 0.05% ethyl glycerol synergistically increased the antibacterial effect. The experiments were conducted using 0.5% p-hydroxyacetophenone and 0.5% 1, 2-hexadiol, 0.2% p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.024% octyl hydroxamic acid and 0.020% glycerol caprylate, 0.107 5% p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.047 5% octanoyl hydroxamic acid, 0.001 25% cycloheptatrienolone. The experiment results show that the above three anti-corrosion systems have good anti-corrosion performance. The synergistic antibacterial matching of alternative preservative components has been proved to achieve preservative efficacy through cosmetic preservative challenge tests, which can better meet people’s needs for safe and mild cosmetics.
