【摘要】 目的 观察全牙列软■垫治疗 4～13 岁儿童自伤性口腔溃疡的疗效。方法 我院黏膜科确诊的 15例自伤性口腔溃疡患者，溃疡病程最短 2 个月，最长 4 年，年龄 4～13 岁。取上下颌牙列印模，采用真空热压法制作全牙列软■垫，配戴 1～2 周，通过比较患者治疗前后溃疡的愈合周期，评价疗效及安全性。结果 全牙列软■垫治疗自伤性口腔溃疡后 1 周临床痊愈率为 86.67%, 2 周痊愈率为 100%，愈合周期较治疗前明显缩短（P<0.001）。结论 全牙列软■垫是治疗自伤性口腔溃疡的一种安全有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy of full dentition soft splints in treating factitious oral ulcers among children aged 4-13 years. Methods 15 patients aged 4-13 years diagnosed with factitious oral ulcer with duration from 2months to 4 years, were included. Impression of the upper and lower teeth was obstained, and soft splints were fabricated using vacuum hot pressing method. Patients were asked to wear the splint for 1-2 weeks. By comparing the healing cycle of ulcers before and after treatment, evaluate the efficacy and safety of the treatment. Results After the treatment of factitious oral ulcer with the full dentition soft splints, the clinical recovery rate was 86.67% at one week and 100% at two weeks,respectively. The healing cycle was significantly shortened compared to before(P<0.001). Conclusions The full dentition soft splint is a safe and effective method for treating factitious oral ulcer.更多还原
