“十四五”期间我国档案记忆工程的推进与思考

【摘要】 档案记忆能够建立起个体记忆与国家记忆之间的关联,对我国档案事业发展具有重要意义。论文结合国家和省级《“十四五”档案事业发展规划》中有关档案记忆工程的内容,总结“十四五”期间国家和省级档案记忆工程建设概况,分析“十四五”期间我国档案记忆工程建设的重点任务,包括构筑档案记忆资源库,实施档案记忆项目,创新档案利用服务,开发档案记忆资源,推进档案文献申遗,保护档案遗产安全。从资源聚合、技术赋能、协同保护三方面对“十四五”期间我国档案记忆工程的推进措施做出思考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Archival memory can establish the relationship between individual memory and national memory, which is of great significance to the development of archival undertaking in our country. Combining the contents of archival memory projects in the national and provincial development plan of archival undertaking in the 14th Five-Year Plan,this paper summarizes the general situation of national and provincial archival memory projects construction during the14th Five-Year Plan period, analyzes the key tasks of China’s archival memory projects construction including the construction of archival memory resources bank, implementing archival memory projects, innovating archival utilization services, developing archival memory resources, promoting the application of archival documents for world heritage, and protecting the safety of archival heritage.It has a deep thinking on the strategies of promoting China’s archival memory projects during the 14th Five-Year Plan period from the three aspects of resource aggregation, technology empowerment and collaborative protection.更多还原
