【摘要】 目的 对核医学科专业基地住院医师规范化培训（简称住培）教学活动进行探索。方法 保定市第一中心医院核医学科专业基地以解决临床实际问题为目标，设立主题单元培训，将小讲课、教学阅片和教学病例讨论等教学活动整合，对住院医师进行“课程-项目-实战”三段式引导。结果 住院医师的学习效率明显提高，理论和实践能力有机融合、呈螺旋递进。结论 主题单元培训设计合理，可以提高教学活动质量内涵，提高培训效率和教学质量，可操作性强，易于推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the teaching activities of standardized training for resident physicians in the nuclear medicine base. Methods Theme unit training was used in the nuclear medicine base by integrating teaching activities such as lecture, teaching film-reading and teaching case discussion. Three-stage guidance of "course-project-exercise" was carried out for resident physicians to solve clinical problems. Results The learning efficiency of the resident physicians was elevated obviously, and their abilities of both theory and practice were integrated and both spirally enhanced. Conclusion The theme-unit training design is reasonable. It can improve the quality of teaching activities, improve training efficiency and teaching quality, and it is operable and easy to popularize.更多还原
