【摘要】 目的 探讨湖北省全科住院医师临床实践能力培训存在问题，提出改进措施。方法 对参加湖北省全科住院医师规范化培训（简称住培）结业临床实践能力考核的310名考生基本信息和考核成绩进行分析，通过问卷调查考官对本次考核的建议与反馈。结果 2022年湖北省全科住培结业技能考核通过率98.38%，影响考核的因素有性别、年龄、全科专业基地和考点，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），来源不同的住院医师考核成绩差异无统计学意义。考官对本次考核的评价积极肯定。结论 全科住培结业技能考核能够检验住院医师的临床实践能力，为全科住院医师临床实践能力培训提出改进方向，促进同质化培训。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the deficiencies of clinical competency training of standardized training for residents of general practice in Hubei Province, and put forward targeted improvement measures.Methods The basic information and results of 310 candidates who participated in clinical competency assessment of Hubei Province(referred to as residency training) were analyzed, and the suggestions and feedback of the examiners to the assessment were analyzed through the questionnaire survey. Results In 2022, the passing rate of the skill assessment of general practice residency training in Hubei Province was 98.38%. The factors affecting the assessment included gender, age, general practice specialized bases and test centers, and the differences were statistically significant(P< 0.05). There was no significant difference in the assessment results of residents from different sources. The examiners’ evaluation of this assessment was positive. Conclusions The general practice residency training completion skills assessment can test the clinical competency of residents, put forward improvement direction for the clinical competency training of general practice residents in Hubei Province, and promote the homogenized training.更多还原
