【摘要】 腹腔镜手术在妇产科中的应用越来越广泛，腹腔镜培训也成为了妇产科毕业后医学教育不可或缺的部分。欧美地区近年来对腹腔镜培训展开了大量的相关研究，其中腹腔镜模拟教学在提高住院医师腹腔镜技能水平方面的作用得到了普遍的认可。与欧美尤其是北美地区日益成熟的腹腔镜培训教育相比，国内妇产科住院医师规范化培训在该方面仍有许多问题亟待解决。为此，本文就欧美腹腔镜培训的研究进展作一梳理，同时结合我国实际情况对妇产科住院医师规范化培训中腹腔镜培训的发展提出一些建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The application of laparoscopic surgery in gynecology is more and more extensive, and the training of laparoscopy has become an indispensable part of gynecology and obstetrics medical education. In recent years, a large number of studies have been carried out on laparoscopic training in Europe and the United States,among which the role of laparoscopic simulation education in improving the skill level of residents has been generally recognized. Compared with the increasingly mature laparoscopic training education in Europe and the United States,especially in North America, there are still many problems to be solved in the standardized training of resident gynecologists in China. Therefore, this paper summarizes the research progress of laparoscopic training in Europe and the United States, and at the same time proposes some suggestions for the development of standardized laparoscopic training for residents according to the actual situation of our country.更多还原
