金叶斯蒂芬冬青与原种斯蒂芬冬青耐盐性比较分析

【摘要】 以二年生斯蒂芬冬青(IlexבNellie R.Stevens’)与其芽变品种金叶斯蒂芬冬青(IlexבHuangjinjia’)扦插苗为试材,采用二因素五水平随机区组试验设计,研究了2种冬青耐盐性及生长性状方面存在的差异,以期为冬青新品种推广应用提供参考依据。结果表明:2个品种冬青在形态学观测上均表现出强耐盐性,随着NaCl浓度上升和胁迫时间的增加,2种冬青净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Gs)呈显著下降趋势,胞间CO2浓度(Ci)呈现先下降后上升趋势。超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性均呈现先上升后下降趋势,丙二醛(MDA)含量呈现持续上升趋势。综上可知,2种冬青在不同浓度NaCl胁迫下均能通过调节渗透调节物质和抗氧化酶系统活性来维持自身生长,说明其具有强耐盐性,金叶斯蒂芬冬青同时还具有金叶的观赏优势,可为彩叶树种发展规划提供资源。

【Abstract】 The cuttings of Ilex× ‘Nellie R.Stevens’ and its budding variety Ilex× ‘Huangjinjia’were used as test materials,a two-factor and five-level randomized block experiment was designed,the differences in salt tolerance and growth characters between the two kinds of Ilexwere studied,in order to provide reference for the popularization and application of new varieties of Ilex.The results showed that both varieties of Ilexshowed strong salt tolerance in morphological observation.With the increase of NaCl concentration and stress time,the net photosynthetic rate(Pn),transpiration rate(Tr)and stomatal conductance(Gs)decreased significantly,while the intercellular CO2concentration(Ci)decreased at first and then increased.Superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity and peroxidase(POD)activity increased at first and then decreased,while malondialdehyde(MDA)content increased continuously.In summary,the two kinds of Ilex could maintain their growth by regulating the activities of osmotic regulators and antioxidant enzymes under different concentrations of NaCl stress,indicated that they had strong salt tolerance,and Ilex× ‘Huangjinjia’also had the ornamental advantage of golden leaves,which provided resources for the development planning of colored leaf tree species.
