【摘要】 乡村旅游作为乡村振兴的重要产业之一，能够为乡村振兴引流、扶贫创新发展路径.旅游类人才对乡村旅游业的发展意义重大，地方高校旅游管理专业如何优化人才培养模式，助力乡村旅游业发展是当前急需解决的问题.文章基于乡村振兴战略角度，分析了乡村旅游业发展人才需求现状和白城师范学院旅游管理专业人才培养存在的问题，从人才培养目标、实践教学、校地校企合作、课外活动和科教融合等四个方面提出了人才培养优化路径，以期为乡村旅游业的发展助力.更多还原

【Abstract】 As one of the important industries of rural revitalization,rural tourism can contribute to rural revitalization,poverty alleviation and innovation. Tourism talents are of great significance to the development of rural tourism. How to optimize the talents training mode of tourism management major in local colleges and universities and help the development of rural tourism,is an urgent problem to be solved. Based on the strategy of rural revitalization,this paper analyzes the current situation of the demand for talents in the development of rural tourism and the existing problems in the talents training of tourism management in Baicheng Normal University. The talent training optimization path is put forward from four aspects,such as talents training objectives,practical teaching,school-place and school-enterprise cooperation,extracurricular activities and integration of science and education to help the development of rural tourism.更多还原
