盾构隧道密封垫的气密性能及设计优化研究
Gas-Proof Performance of Gaskets for Shield Tunnels and Design Optimization
【摘要】 针对穿越含气地层盾构隧道的防气问题,依托上海某越江隧道工程开展了盾构隧道弹性橡胶密封垫的气密性能及设计优化研究。基于隧道管片接缝气体泄漏率数值模拟结果,以气体泄漏率为评价指标,研究了不同型式的三元乙丙(EPDM)弹性橡胶密封垫在不同工作条件下的气密性能及其关键影响因素。研究表明:(1)相较管片错台量,管片张开量对密封垫气密性能影响较大;(2)密封垫的粗糙度对气密性能具有控制作用,开孔形状具有较大影响,断面空隙率次之,孔槽空隙率比的影响最小;(3)为了提高密封垫气密性能,可以适当降低接触面表面糙度,合理搭配开孔形状,降低断面空隙率。
【Abstract】 This paper investigates the gas-proof performance of elastic rubber gaskets used in a shield tunnel crossing gassy strata in Shanghai. The design optimization of the gaskets is discussed for improving the gas-proof performance. The leakage behavior of different ethylene propylene diene monomer(EPDM) elastic rubber gaskets at the joints of liners is numerically studied under different working conditions. The results show that:(1) the liner opening affects more on the gas-proof performance of the gasket than the liner offset;(2) the roughness of the gasket dominates the gas-proof performance of the gasket, while the holeshape, the section porosity and the arch-hole void ratio have decreasing impact. The gas-proof performance of the gasket can be improved by appropriately reducing the roughness of the joint surface, using well-matched holeshape, and reducing the section porosity.
