【摘要】 目的：探讨出院准备计划在学龄期癫痫患儿出院准备度及焦虑情绪中的应用效果。方法：选取2022年8月-9月某院神经内科住院的32例学龄期癫痫患儿作为观察组，在常规护理及随访的基础上实施出院准备计划，回顾性分析2022年6月-7月同病区住院实施常规护理及随访的32例学龄期癫痫患儿作为对照组，比较两组患儿出院准备度，以及出院3个月后焦虑状况及生活质量的差异。结果：观察组出院准备度中父母个人状态、儿童个人状态、疾病知识、应对能力及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)；出院3个月后，观察组患儿焦虑情绪筛查量表得分均低于对照组，生活质量评分均高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对学龄期癫痫患儿实施出院准备计划，能够提高患儿的出院准备度，降低患儿的焦虑情绪，提高患儿的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of discharge preparation plan in school-age children with epilepsy.Methods:32 school-age children with epilepsy who were hospitalized in the Department of Neurology of our hospital from August 2022 to September 2022 were selected as the Observation Group,a retrospective analysis was made on 32 school-age children with epilepsy who were hospitalized in the same ward from June 2022 to July 2022 and were followed up，to compare the difference of the degree of preparation for discharge,anxiety and quality of life between the two groups 3 months after discharge.Results:The scores of parents’ and children’s personal status,disease knowledge,coping ability and total score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05),the scores of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and quality of life (Qol) in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group 3 months after discharge (P<0.05).Conclusion:The discharge preparation plan for school-age children with epilepsy can improve the degree of discharge preparation,reduce anxiety and improve the quality of life.更多还原
