基于文献计量学的烟草香气成分及研究文献分析
Analysis of Tobacco Flavour Components and Research Literatures Based on Bibliometrics
【摘要】 介绍了烟草中酸性、中性、碱性3类致香物质与烟草香气的关系,对国内外烟草香气成分分析研究现状进行总结。采用文献计量学方法,以CNKI和Web of Science核心合集为数据源,使用可视化软件CiteSpace 6.1.6对1997—2021年烟草香气相关文献进行分析,包括发表年份、国家/机构、关键词,探索该领域的研究现状、热点和前沿,为烟草香气相关研究提供参考和新思路。
【Abstract】 The relationship between acidic, neutral and alkaline aroma substances in tobacco and tobacco flavour was introduced, and the research status of tobacco aroma components analysis was summarized in detail. Taking the core collection of CNKI and Web of Science as the data source, the visualization software CiteSpace 6.1.6 was used to analyze the literature related to tobacco flavour from 1997 to 2021, including the year of publication, country/institution and keywords. The research status, hotspots and frontiers in this field were explored to provide reference and new ideas for tobacco flavour related research.
