【摘要】 为了解决脱毒民乐紫皮大蒜标准化栽培意识不强和缺少标准化栽培技术体系的问题，介绍了脱毒民乐紫皮大蒜的形态生物学和产量构成与品质的农艺性状特点，采用国家标准的基本要求制订高产优质栽培技术规程。规范了适宜种植民乐紫皮大蒜种植的7项技术标准，初步形成气候、土壤、灌溉和茬口的基地选址条件；整地施肥、选择良种、蒜种处理等播种准备；播种时间、播种密度与播种量、播种方法、覆盖地膜的播种技术；查苗放苗、合理灌水、合理追肥、病虫害防治的田间管理；检验时期、抽样方法、性状检查、病毒检测、评价处理的田间检验；适时收获、采收方法、科学贮藏的采收贮藏；室内检验、记载内容的生产档案等栽培技术标准体系。该研究旨在为脱毒大蒜高产优质安全生产和促进大蒜产业的规模化健康发展提供技术支撑。更多还原
