【摘要】 目的：探讨中医楔形折扳手法固定微创治疗拇外翻畸形的疗效以及安全性。方法：根据手术方式的不同，2022年1月—2023年4月入院的40例患者为研究对象，随机数字分组为对照组、治疗组(两组尽量避免一般资料对实验数据造成影响。其中对照组应用开放性Chevron截骨术，20例，共31足；治疗组应用中医楔形折扳手法固定微创术，20例，共34足)。实验参考国内外同类研究，设置对照组和治疗组各二十例患者，共计40例。在术前和术后6个月复诊时记录两组患者的影像学资料、疼痛情况和足部功能改善情况。结果：在手术6个月后，足部功能评分观察组高于对照组，通过检验后得出(P<0.05)，差异有统计学意义。足部疼痛评分和拇外翻角治疗组低于对照组，通过检验后得出(P<0.05)，差异有统计学意义。结论：中医楔形折扳手法固定微创组能够纠正拇外翻畸形，在患者的足部疼痛与足部功能的改善上有着明显疗效，手术方式支持在临床上推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of minimally invasive fixation of hallux valgus deformity by traditional Chinese medicine wedge-shaped folding wrench manipulation.Methods:According to different surgical methods,40 patients admitted from January 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group (the two groups were tried to avoid the influence of general data on the experimental data.The control group used open Chevron osteotomy,20 cases,a total of 31 feet;the treatment group used minimally invasive fixation of traditional Chinese medicine wedge-shaped folding wrench manipulation,20 cases,a total of 34 feet).The experiment referred to similar studies at home and abroad,and set up 20 patients in each control group and treatment group,a total of 40 cases.The imaging data,pain conditions and foot function improvement of the two groups of patients were recorded before and after the operation.Results:Six months after the operation,the foot function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The foot pain score and hallux valgus angle of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The minimally invasive fixation of the traditional Chinese medicine wedge-shaped folding wrench manipulation group can correct the hallux valgus deformity,and has a significant effect on the improvement of patients’ foot pain and foot function.The surgical method supports clinical promotion and application.更多还原
