高羟基聚丙烯酸酯水分散体制备及在酒瓶漆中的应用研究
Preparation of High Hydroxyl Polyacrylate Aqueous Dispersions and Its Application in Wine Bottle Paint
【摘要】 以丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯和异丙醇混合作为溶剂,合成了不同羟基含量的聚丙烯酸酯水分散体,并与氨基树脂复配制备了酒瓶漆。对水分散体基本性能、酒瓶漆的综合性能进行了测试,结果表明:混合溶剂中异丙醇含量为90%,混合溶剂用量为单体总量的40%时,有利于合成性能良好的高羟基聚丙烯酸酯水分散体;当分散体树脂中丙烯酸羟乙酯含量为25%,分散体与氨基树脂质量比为2.5∶1时,制备的酒瓶漆性能优良,附着力等级为0,硬度为4 H,光泽度(60°)达到96.1%,耐醇(53%)4 h,耐水煮1.5 h。
【Abstract】 Polyacrylate aqueous dispersion with different hydroxyl content was synthesized by mixing propylene glycol methyl ether acetate with isopropyl alcohol as solvent, and wine bottle paint was prepared by recombination with amino resin. The basic properties of the aqueous dispersion and the comprehensive properties of wine bottle paint were tested. The results showed that when the content of isopropyl alcohol in the mixed solvent was 90% and the amount of the mixed solvent was 40% of the total monomer, the high hydroxyl polyacrylate aqueous dispersion with good properties was prepared. When the content of hydroxyethyl acrylate in the dispersion resin is 25% and the mass ratio of the dispersion to the amino resin is 2.5∶1, the wine bottle paint has excellent properties: the adhesion grade is 0, the hardness is 4 H, the glossiness is 96.1%(60°), the alcohol resistance is 4 h for 53% alcohol, and the fastness to boiling water is 1.5 h.
