柔性挤出尼龙材料的制备及性能

【摘要】 为了研究增塑剂N-丁基苯磺酰胺含量和尼龙树脂种类对长碳链尼龙材料性能的影响,采用熔融共混挤出改性的方法,以尼龙612 (PA612)树脂为基材,制备了不同增塑剂含量的PA612材料;然后分别以尼龙610 (PA610)、PA612、尼龙1012 (PA1012)和尼龙12 (PA12)树脂为基材,将增塑剂质量分数固定为12.5%,制备了4种柔性挤出尼龙材料。测试了PA612材料的热性能和力学性能以及4种柔性挤出尼龙材料高温水解老化前后的性能。结果表明,随着增塑剂含量的增加,PA612材料的拉伸屈服强度、弯曲强度、弯曲模量、表面硬度和熔融温度均下降,而熔体流动速率、断裂伸长率和常温缺口冲击强度提高,低温缺口冲击强度基本保持不变;4种柔性挤出尼龙材料经过防冻液高温水解老化后,拉伸断裂强度、断裂伸长率、缺口冲击强度和质量呈现减少趋势,弯曲强度和弯曲模量总体上表现为增大趋势,PA1012和PA12材料的耐高温水解性能优于PA610和PA612材料。

【Abstract】 In order to investigate the effects of plasticizer N-n-butyl benzene sulfonamide content and the types of nylon resin on the properties of long carbon chain nylon materials,the method of melt blending extrusion modification was adopted for preparing nylon 612(PA612) materials with different plasticizer contents with using PA612 resin as substrate. Then,four flexible extruded nylon materials were prepared with using nylon 610(PA610),PA612,nylon 1012(PA1012) and nylon 12(PA12) resins as substrates,with a plasticizer content of 12.5 wt%. The thermal and mechanical properties of PA612 materials,as well as the performances of the four flexible extruded nylon materials before and after high-temperature hydrolysis aging were tested. The results show that with the increase of plasticizer content,the tensile strength at yield,flexural strength,flexural modulus,surface hardness,and melting temperature of PA612 material all decrease,while the melt flow rate,elongation at break,and room temperature notched impact strength increase,the low-temperature notched impact strength remains basically unchanged. After high-temperature hydrolysis aging with antifreeze fluid,the tensile strength at break,elongation at break,notched impact strength and mass of the four flexible extruded nylon materials show a reducing trend,while the flexural strength and modulus show an increasing trend as a whole.The high-temperature hydrolysis resistance of PA1012 and PA12 materials are better than that of PA610 and PA612 materials.
