【Abstract】 Having the right to confer doctoral degrees is an important symbol to highlight the level of university-running and show its comprehensive strength and level. The project-establishment of doctoral degree granting is an important way for universities to obtain the right to confer doctoral degrees. Based on the analysis of the development process of the construction system of doctoral degree granting and its promoting effect on the development of colleges and universities, this paper puts forward the construction and implementation path that takes the discipline construction as the leading factor and the improvement of the quality of postgraduate education as the focus. Taking Zhongyuan University of Technology as an example, we introduce the main measures, practical innovations and achievements of its doctoral program construction in the paper.更多还原
