【摘要】 目的 探析芍药甘草汤加减治疗中晚期结肠癌患者的临床效果及对癌性疼痛、生活质量、生存率的影响。方法 选择江西省高安市中医院2019年6月—2021年6月收治的60例中晚期结肠癌患者作为本次研究的观察对象，按随机数字表法将其分为参照组和观察组，每组30例。对照组采用化疗+三阶梯止痛疗法，观察组在参照组的基础上使用芍药甘草汤加减治疗。比较分析2组治疗后的癌性疼痛介质[β-内啡肽（β-EP）、P物质（SP）]水平变化，疼痛程度视觉模拟量表（VAS）评分、生活质量量表（QOL）评分和一年生存率。结果 治疗后，观察组的β-EP水平高于参照组，且SP水平、VAS评分低于参照组（P<0.05）；治疗1周、2周和4周后，观察组的QOL评分均高于参照组（P<0.05）；治疗1年后，观察组的一年生存率86.67%(26/30)高于参照组的70.00%(21/30)(P>0.05)。结论 芍药甘草汤加减治疗，能够改善中晚期结肠癌患者的癌痛介质指标、缓解疼痛、提高生活质量，延长患者长期生存的时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of Shaoyao Gancao decoction on cancer pain, quality of life and survival rate of patients with advanced colon cancer. Methods Sixty patients with advanced colon cancer admitted to Gaoan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the observation objects of this study, and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with chemotherapy and three-step analgesic therapy, and the observation group was treated with Shaoyao Gancao decoction on the basis of the control group. The levels of cancer pain mediators [β-endorphin(β-EP), Substance P(SP)], visual analogue scale(VAS) score, Quality of life scale(QOL) score and one-year survival rate were compared between the two groups after treatment. Results After treatment, the β-EP level in observation group was higher than that in reference group, and the SP level and VAS score were lower than that in reference group(P<0.05). After 1, 2 and 4 weeks of treatment, QOL scores in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05). After 1 year of treatment, the one-year survival rate in the observation group was 86.67%(26/30), which was higher than that in the reference group(70.00%, 21/30)(P>0.05). Conclusion Shaoyao Gancao decoction can improve the mediators of cancer pain, relieve pain, improve the quality of life and prolong the long-term survival time of patients with advanced colon cancer.更多还原
