【摘要】 目的 观察益气通脉利水汤联合穴位贴敷治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病（以下简称“冠心病”）伴心功能不全的临床效果。方法 选取2021年7月—2022年6月江西省萍乡市中医院收治的60例冠心病伴心功能不全患者，采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组，各30例。对照组采用冠心病伴心功能不全常规药物治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上加用自拟益气通脉利水汤联合穴位贴敷治疗，7 d为1个疗程，共治疗2个疗程，结束后比较2组患者的治疗效果。结果 治疗前2组患者纽约心脏协会（NYHA）心功能分级、脑钠肽（BNP）水平、左心室射血分数（LVEF）、中医证候积分比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。治疗后，治疗组NYHA心功能分级改善情况、LVEF明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗组BNP水平及中医证候积分明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 运用益气通脉利水汤联合穴位贴敷治疗冠心病伴心功能不全患者，可明显改善患者的临床症状及心功能，并提升生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Tongmai Lishui decoction combined with acupoint application in patients with coronary heart disease with cardiac insufficiency. Methods Sixty patients with coronary heart disease with cardiac dysfunction admitted to Pingxiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2021 to June 2022 were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional drugs for cardiac insufficiency. The treatment group was treated with self-prepared Yiqi Tongmai Lishui decoction combined with acupoint application on the basis of the control group. 7 days was a course of treatment, a total of 2 courses of treatment. At the end of the treatment, the therapeutic effect was compared. Results New York Heart Association(NYHA) cardiac function grade, brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)level, left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) and TCM syndrome score were not significantly different between 2 groups before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, NYHA cardiac function grade improvement and LVEF in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05). BNP level and TCM syndrome score in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Yiqi Tongmai Lishui decoction combined with acupoint application can significantly improve clinical symptoms, and improve cardiac function and the quality of life.更多还原
