【摘要】 目的 观察健脾清胃汤阻断胃癌癌前病变的临床疗效。方法 按随机数字表法将150例纳入对象分为对照组和观察组各75例，对照组给予常规干预及胃乐宁片治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加用健脾清胃汤，对比2组中医证候、胃镜、病理、幽门螺杆菌（Hp）、胃泌素-17及胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ/Ⅱ指标的变化。结果 治疗后比较中医证候、胃镜及病理疗效指标方面，观察组的总有效率均明显优于对照组（均P<0.05）；在胃泌素-17和胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ/Ⅱ方面比较，观察组均优于对照组（均P<0.05）；治疗后2组Hp比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 健脾清胃汤能够有效缓解胃癌癌前病变患者的中医证候及体征，并改善其胃镜和病理结果，为提高胃癌临床阻断率及早期预防提供新思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Qingwei decoction in precancerous blocking of gastric cancer. Methods According to the random digital table, the objects were randomly divided into control group of 75 cases and the observation group of 75cases. The control group was given routine intervention and Weilening tablet. The observation group added Jianpi Qingwei decoction on the basis of the control group. The changes of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome, gastroscopy, pathology, Hp, gastrin-17 and gastrinogen Ⅰ/Ⅱ indicators in the two groups was compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group in terms of TCM syndrome, gastroscopy and pathological efficacy indexes(all P<0.05). The comparison of gastrin-17 and pepsinogen Ⅰ/Ⅱ in observation group was better than that in control group(all P <0.05). There was no significant difference in Hp between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05). Conclusion Jianpi Qingwei decoction can obviously promote the recovery of TCM syndrome and signs of patients with precancerous lesions of gastric cancer, and improve their gastroscopy and pathological results. It provided new ideas to improve the clinical blocking rate and early prevention of gastric cancer.更多还原
