【摘要】 目的 探讨自拟祛风止痒汤结合梅花针叩刺用于神经性皮炎治疗中的临床价值。方法 选取营口市中医院皮肤科2019年5月—2021年5月收治的神经性皮炎患者80例纳入研究，经随机数字表法均分为2组，每组40例。对照组行单纯自拟祛风止痒汤治疗，研究组在对照组基础上结合梅花针叩刺治疗，观察2组的皮损症状评分、炎性因子水平及疗效。结果 2组治疗后皮损症状评分低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；研究组治疗后皮损症状评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;2组治疗后炎性因子水平均低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；研究组治疗后的炎性因子均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；研究组治疗总有效率为95.00%(38/40)，高于对照组的77.50%(31/40)，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 自拟祛风止痒汤结合梅花针叩刺治疗神经性皮炎，症状改善效果明显，炎性因子水平明显降低，总有效率明显提升，具有较高的临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical value of Qufeng Zhiyang decoction combined with plum blossom needle tapping in the treatment of neurodermatitis. Methods 80 patients with neurodermatitis treated in Yingkou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2019 to May 2021 were included in the study. They were randomly divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with self-made Qufeng Zhiyang decoction, and the study group was treated with plum blossom needle percussion on the basis of the control group. The skin lesion symptom score, inflammatory factor level and curative effect of the two groups were observed. Results The score of skin lesions after treatment was lower than that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The score of skin lesions in the study group was lower than that in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). The levels of inflammatory factors after treatment were lower than before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05). The inflammatory factors in the study group after treatment were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05). The total effective rate of the study group was 95.00%(38/40), higher than that of the control group(77.50%, 31/40), and the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05). Conclusion Self-made Qufeng Zhiyang decoction combined with plum blossom needle percussion in the treatment of neuro-dermatitis has obvious effect in improving symptoms, reducing the level of inflammatory factors and improving the total effective rate,which has high clinical value.更多还原
