【摘要】 《黄帝内经》中经典理论阐明，人体经络内联脏腑、外络肢节。《素问·至真要大论》：“内者内治，外者外治”。《黄帝内经》经典理论指导临床，尤其是中医外治法，很受欢迎，特别是在儿科，应用甚广。小儿心智未充，治病时畏惧注射，或者口服药物困难，常常困扰着医生和家长。后疫情时期，感染疾病减少，慢性病治疗逐渐增加，中医药特色疗法尤显重要，因为小儿的生理特点和病理特点特殊性，特别是小儿脏腑娇嫩，随拨随应，运用中医药特色疗法治疗，安全有效、操作方便、不良作用小。近年来，随着经济快速发展，家庭育儿保健意识逐渐增强，越来越多的患儿家长接受中医药治疗，其中包括中药泡洗、小儿针灸、推拿、刮痧、拔罐、穴位敷贴、小儿膏方、负压吸痧等方法，值得我们深入研究，并传承好和发扬好。而今有幸跟随江苏省名中医殷明老师学习中医儿科临床诊疗及中医儿科各种技术操作，受益匪浅，特详记之。更多还原
