【摘要】 目的 研究“四位一体”疗法中医护理技术干预非细菌性前列腺炎的临床效果。方法 将60例非细菌性前列腺炎患者随机分为对照组、试验组各30例。对照组采用常规护理干预，试验组在对照组护理基础上应用中医“四位一体”疗法，即予以中药熏洗、中药穴位贴敷、中药热奄包、微波治疗的中医护理技术方法。15 d为1个疗程。结果 试验组总有效率96.7%(29/30)，对照组70.0%(21/30)，试验组明显优于对照组（P <0.05）。结论 非细菌性前列腺炎采用“四位一体”疗法中医护理技术能够改善患者的临床症状和生活质量，值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the “four-in-one”medical care in the clinical treatment of non-bacterial prostatitis. Methods 60 cases of non-bacterial prostatitis were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing. In the experimental group, the “four-in-one”therapy of traditional Chinese medicine was applied based on the control group, including fumigation and washing of traditional Chinese medicine, acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine Reyanbao and microwave treatment. 15 days was a course of treatment. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.7%(29/30), and that of the control group was 70.0%(21/30), which was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).
