针对EGR阀动态特性的通用ATS架构设计与实现
Design and Implementation of Universal ATS Architecture for EGR Valve Dynamic Characteristics
【摘要】 针对EGR阀动态性能测试系统的研制往往针对性较强,一款产品对应一套测试设备,大大增加了研发资源的投入和系统研制风险的问题,提出了一种通用测试系统体系架构,从硬件和软件两方面阐述了通用化测试系统的组成形式和实现过程,并通过K-近邻算法对测试结果进行判定。依据该架构设计的测试系统能够支持柔性化设计与配置,实现了资源集约化与测试通用化。实验结果表明,根据该架构方案研制的测试系统能够完成不同型号EGR阀的动态性能测试,且对测试结果判定的准确率极高,验证了所提出的通用测试系统架构的有效性。
【Abstract】 The design and development of the EGR(exhaust gas recirculation) valve dynamic performance testing system are often highly specific. Typically, a single product corresponds to a set of testing equipment, thereby escalating the R&D resources commitments and the associated risks. This study introduces a universal test system architecture. It delineates the structure and realization of the universal testing framework from both hardware and software perspectives and employs the K-nearest neighbor algorithm to evaluate the test outcomes. The testing platform, based on this architecture, facilitates adaptive design and configuration, achieving resource optimization and widespread applicability in testing. Experimental findings demonstrate that this system effectively conducts dynamic performance evaluations for a variety of EGR valves models. The high precision in test result judgments further corroborates the efficacy of the proposed universal test system architecture.
