基于树干振动原理的核桃采收机设计
Design of Walnut Harvester Based on Trunk Vibration
【摘要】 针对当前核桃人工采收作业中存在的劳动强度高和效率低的问题,设计一款基于树干振动原理的集振动落果与自动收集于一体的对称偏心式振动采收机,其具有自平衡和自动对心功能且高度可调节。其工作原理是利用将激振机构产生的振动通过夹持机构传递给树干,使果实做加速运动产生惯性力,实现振动落果与收集。利用Adams仿真软件验证采收效果。结果表明:所设计的采收机可达到采收效率≥25株/h,采净率≥85%。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the high labor intensity and low efficiency in current manual walnut harvesting, a symmetrical and eccentric vibration harvesting machine integrating vibration fruit dropping and automatic collection based on the principle of tree trunk vibration was designed. The machine has the functions of self-balance and automatic centering and is highly adjustable. Its working principle is to use the vibration generated by the excitation mechanism through the clamping mechanism to transfer it to the tree trunk, rendering the fruit to accelerate its movement for generating inertia force to achieve vibration fruit fall and collection. The harvesting effect is verified by Adams simulation software. The results show that the harvesting efficiency of the designed harvester is expected to reach more than 25 plants/h with net harvesting rate over 85%.
