热冲压成形30MnB5锰硼合金带钢的开发
Development of hot stamping 30MnB5 manganese boron alloy strip
【摘要】 针对当前开发热冲压成形锰硼合金钢以代替65Mn传统高强钢来作为新一代锯片以及农机具配件-耙片用钢的需要,通过合理的化学成分设计,以及采用TSR炉全铁水冶炼技术、炉卷轧机+3机架连轧技术,开发出30MnB5高强度锰硼合金热轧带钢。同时,研究了不同热处理工艺对30MnB5带钢组织性能的影响。结果表明:热处理工艺为880℃淬火、保温45 min+200℃回火、保温1 h时,30MnB5带钢强度高、硬度高、强塑积最高,综合性能最好,可满足用户的使用要求。
【Abstract】 In view of the current need to develop hot stamping formed manganese boron alloy steel to replace 65Mn traditional high strength steel as a new generation of saw blade and agricultural machinery accessories-steel for rake blade, 30MnB5 high strength manganese boron alloy hot rolled strip has been developed through reasonable chemical composition design, as well as the use of TSR furnace full molten iron smelting technology, Steckel mill+three stands continuous rolling technology. At the same time, the effect of different heat treatment processes on the microstructure and properties of 30MnB5 strip was studied. The results show that when the heat treatment process is 880 ℃ quenching, holding 45 min+200 ℃ tempering and holding 1 h, the 30MnB5 strip has high strength, high hardness, the highest strength and plasticity, and the best comprehensive properties, which can meet the user’s requirements.
