氮含量对镀锡板组织性能的影响及工艺优化研究
Study on effect of nitrogen content on microstructure and mechanical properties of tinplate and process optimization
【摘要】 为确定镀锡板生产过程中对氮含量的控制要求,在现有退火工艺的基础上,针对不同氮含量的MR T-4CA镀锡板用钢,通过拉伸试验机、硬度测量仪、金相显微镜、透射电镜等测试出其在不同退火温度条件下的应变时效性能、硬度、金相组织、析出相分布,分析了氮含量对其再结晶温度、金相组织和应变时效性能的影响规律。结果表明:随着氮含量的增加,再结晶温度呈升高的趋势,应变时效现象越明显,镀锡板在应变时效后屈强比增大,伸长率降低,力学性能发生严重恶化,有较强烈的脆化倾向。在此基础上,结合现场生产工艺,制定了退火工艺改进方案,有效解决了高氮含量镀锡板产品合格率低的问题,氮质量分数在0.007 1%~0.010 0%的产品合格率平均提高了1.9%。
【Abstract】 In order to determine the control requirements for nitrogen content in the production process of tinplate, based on the existing annealing process, the strain aging property, hardness, microstructure and precipitate distribution of MR T-4CA tinplate steel with different nitrogen content under different annealing temperatures are tested by tensile testing machine, hardness tester, metallographic microscope and transmission electron microscope. The effects of nitrogen content in tinplate on recrystallization temperature, microstructure and strain aging property are analyzed. The results show that the recrystallization temperature of the tinplate increases with the increase of nitrogen content, and the more obvious the strain aging phenomenon is. After strain aging, the yield ratio of tinplate increases, the elongation decreases, the mechanical properties deteriorate seriously, and there is a strong tendency of embrittlement. On this basis, combined with on-site production processes, the improvement plan for annealing process has been developed, effectively solving the problem of low qualification rate of high nitrogen content tinplate products. The average qualification rate of the products with a nitrogen mass fraction between 0.007 1% and 0.010 0% has increased by 1.9%.
