孔型侧壁角度对纵筋板成筋率影响的研究

【摘要】 为了研究轧辊孔型侧壁角度对纵筋板成筋率的影响,采用ABAQUS有限元模拟软件建立了纵筋板轧制过程的模拟计算模型,分析了纵筋附近金属流动规律和纵筋的成形规律,并在?180 mm二辊不可逆式轧机上开展纵筋板轧制实验,实验结果与模拟计算吻合较好,所得规律一致。研究结果表明:当压下率、摩擦因数等条件一定,孔型侧壁角为60°~70°时,成筋率最大;孔型侧壁角小于60°时,随着孔型侧壁角增大,成筋率增大;孔型侧壁角大于70°时,随着孔型侧壁角增大,成筋率减小。当孔型侧壁角度、摩擦因数等条件一定,压下率小于50%时,随着压下率的增大,成筋率会增大;压下率在25%~37.5%之间时,成筋率增大的幅度大,压下率在37.5%~50%之间时,成筋率增大幅度变小。此研究结果为纵筋板轧制的孔型设计提供了理论依据。

【Abstract】 In order to study the effect of groove slope on the rib raised ratio of the plate with longitudinal ribs, a simulation calculation model for the rolling process was established by the ABAQUS finite element simulation software, the flowing law of metal near the longitudinal rib and the forming law of ribs were analyzed. Moreover, a rolling experiment was conducted on the ?180 mm two-high irreversible rolling mill, the experimental result was in good agreement with simulation calculation and in consistent with the above law. The results show that the rib raised ratio reached its maximum when the groove slope was between 60° and 70° under certain conditions of reduction rate and friction coefficient. When the groove slope was less than 60°, the rib raised ratio was increased with the increase of groove slope. When the groove slope was greater than 70°, the rib raised ratio was decreased with the increase of groove slope. The rib raised ratio was increased with the increase of the reduction rate when the reduction rate was less than 50% under certain conditions of the groove slope and friction coefficient. The increase range of the rib raised ratio increased when the reduction rate was between 25% and 37.5%, while the increase range of the rib raised ratio decreased when the reduction rate was between 37.5% and 50%. The results provide a theoretical basis for the groove design of plate with longitudinal ribs rolling.
