城市微更新视角下老旧社区医疗快递设施改造策略研究——以南京市鼓楼区为例

【摘要】 本文以南京鼓楼区为例开展实地调研、采样走访，借助GIS服务区分析法与POI核密度分析法，对老旧社区医疗快递设施的布局现状和区位特点进行可视化分析，得出其社区服务空间存在用地空间紧张、利用率低、布局缺乏合理性等共性问题。并基于城市微更新理论，针对性提出挖掘存量空间、空间合理再划分、功能区核密度合理再调整的微更新改造策略，使老旧社区更好地满足社区居民对美好生活的需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper takes Nanjing Gulou District as example to carry out field investigation and sampling visits. With the aid of GIS service analysis and POI kernel density analysis, this paper visualizes the current layout and location characteristics of medical and express facilities at old communities, and concludes that there are common problems in their community service space, such as limited land space, low utilization rate, and lack of rationality in layout. Based on the theory of urban micro renewal, the micro-renewal renovation strategies are proposed to excavate existing space,divide space reasonably, and adjust functional area core density reasonably, so that the old community can better meet the needs of community residents for a better life.更多还原
