【Abstract】 Breast cancer patients with estrogen receptor positive often suffer from the menopausal syndrome-like syndrome during the period of endocrine therapy. Professor TIAN Hua-qin believes that the key pathogenesis of menopausal syndrome-like syndrome is due to the injury of spleen and stomach,which causes the insufficiency of qi and blood and the imbalance of ascending and descending,and then results into the yin-fire. The treatment for menopausal syndrome-like syndrome with Chinese medicine can be achieved from the perspective of the pathogenesis of spleen deficiency with yin-fire,and the therapies of invigorating spleen and stomach,regulating qi movement,raising yang qi and dispersing fire are recommended.更多还原
