【摘要】 目的：观察舒肝颗粒联合盐酸舍曲林片治疗脑卒中后抑郁症的疗效与安全性。方法：选取2019年12月～2021年12月某院收治的97例脑卒中后抑郁症患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组（n=48）与观察组（n=49）。对照组给予盐酸舍曲林片，观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用舒肝颗粒。比较两组临床疗效、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）及抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分变化、斯堪的那维亚卒中量表（SSS）评分变化、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）评分变化与日常生活能力评定量表（ADL）评分变化、中医证候总积分变化和药物不良反应。结果：观察组治疗总有效率（97.96%）高于对照组（83.33%,P<0.05）；治疗后，两组HAMD评分、SDS评分、SSS评分、PSQI评分、ADL评分与中医证候总积分均改善，且观察组各项评分均优于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率（4.08%）低于对照组（18.76%,P<0.05）。结论：舒肝颗粒与盐酸舍曲林片治疗脑卒中后抑郁症的临床疗效更佳，且用药安全可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Shugan granules in combination with sertraline hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of post-stroke depression. Method: A total of 97 patients with poststroke depression admitted to a hospital from December 2019 to December 2021 were enrolled and assigned into the control group(n=48) or the observation group(n=49) by random number table method. The control group was treated with sertraline hydrochloride tablets, and the observation group was treated with Shugan granules in combination with sertraline hydrochloride tablets. The clinical efficacy between the two groups was compared based on changes in Hamilton depression scale(HAMD), self-rating depression scale(SDS),Scandinavian stroke scale(SSS), Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI) and activities of daily living(ADL)scale, total scores of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome, as well as adverse drug reactions.Results: The total effective rate of the observation group(97.96%) was higher than that of the control group(83.33%, P<0.05). After treatment, HAMD score, SDS score, SSS score, PSQI score, ADL score and total TCM syndrome score of both groups were improved, with observation group better than control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group(4.08%) was lower than that in control group(18.76%, P<0.05). Conclusion: Shugan granules in combination with sertraline hydrochloride tablets are safety and reliable, and have better clinical efficacy thansertraline hydrochloride tablets alone in the treatment of poststroke depression.更多还原
