基于深度学习能力培养的医学遗传学混合式教学

【摘要】 随着人们对疾病遗传背景的关注度提高,临床医生使用医学遗传学的理论和方法开展遗传咨询已经成为现代医疗工作的重要内容。基于遗传咨询的流程实施医学遗传学混合式教学,旨在通过对各类遗传病进行情境化的遗传咨询模拟,强化学生对课程核心理论知识的掌握与运用,培养学生深度学习的能力,提升其高阶思维与岗位胜任力。结果显示教学效果良好。本文从教改思路、内容整合、实施策略、评价体系及教学效果等方面介绍了教学改革的过程,分析总结了所获经验,为医学遗传学的教学改革提供了有参考意义的思路。

【Abstract】 With the increasing attention of people to the genetic background of diseases, clinicians using the theories and methods of medical genetics to carry out genetic counseling has become an important part of modern medical work. To promote students’ deep learning, higher-order thinking skills and job competence, we have carried out a blended teaching of medical genetics guided by the genetic counseling process. The aim of this setting is to strengthen students’ mastery and application of core theoretical knowledge of the course through contextualized genetic counseling simulation of various genetic diseases. And the teaching effect is good. In this paper, we introduce the teaching process such as design ideas, integration methods, implementation strategies, evaluation systems, and teaching effects. We hope that the experience gained from this study will provide new ideas for the teaching of medical genetics.
