分子伴侣与常见妇幼恶性肿瘤
Molecular chaperones and common gynecological and pediatric malignant tumors
【摘要】 分子伴侣是一类能帮助其他蛋白质进行正确折叠、组装、转运、介导错误折叠蛋白降解的蛋白质。大量研究表明,分子伴侣参与肿瘤细胞的发生发展、侵袭、迁移、凋亡等过程,与多种肿瘤的耐药与预后密切相关。本文着重介绍分子伴侣与乳腺癌、卵巢癌、儿童急性白血病和神经母细胞瘤这四种常见妇幼恶性肿瘤的相关研究。
【Abstract】 Molecular chaperones are a class of proteins that help other proteins fold correctly, assemble, transport,and mediate the degradation of misfolded proteins. A large number of studies have shown that molecular chaperones are related to tumors. They can participate in the pathogenesis, development, invasion, migration, and apoptosis of tumor cells, and are closely related to the drug resistance and prognosis of various tumors. This article focuses on the relationship between molecular chaperones and four common types of gynecological and pediatric malignant tumors: Breast cancer, ovarian cancer,pediatric acute leukemia, and neuroblastoma.
