【Abstract】 A 29-year-old young male patient who was a driver with the external genitalia and left armpit had recurrent rash with itching for 7 years, and rash on both palms for 1 year.Dermatological conditions: The mons pubis, foreskin, scrotum, perianal area, and left axilla can be seen with flaky infiltrative erythema, covered with a little scale, and the skin lesions are clearly demarcated.Keratotic patches are seen on both palms, which are covered with white scales.Auspitz′s sign and film phenomenon were negative.Diagnosis: Reverse psoriasis with palmar lesions.更多还原
