【Abstract】 A 36-year-old male presented with periungual hyperplasia in the first finger of the right hand for 5 years.Dermatology examination: The hyperplasia was seen in the periungual anterolateral side of the first finger of the right hand, which was grey white about 0.3 cm×0.4 cm in size with an obscure boundary.The hyperplasia was granular.Diagnosis: periungual wart.After pretreatment with CO₂ laser, photodynamic therapy with 5-aminolevulinic acid hydrochloride was adopted.The patient was cured clinically during 3-month follow-up.更多还原
