光动力疗法在痤疮治疗中的临床应用

【摘要】 寻常痤疮是一种累及毛囊皮脂腺单位的慢性炎症性皮肤病,外用和系统药物治疗通常是一线选择,但存在治疗周期长、不良反应和禁忌症等局限。近年来,光动力疗法(PDT)被认为是治疗中重度痤疮的一种有效的新疗法,光敏剂、光源、氧是其三大要素。PDT对炎性病变和非炎性病变都有治疗效果,多数临床研究显示PDT对炎性病变效果更好。与PDT相关的不良反应包括轻微的疼痛、术后红斑和水肿以及一过性色素沉着等。光动力疗法因其疗效好、副作用小,可作为痤疮的替代疗法。今后,光动力疗法的最佳治疗参数如光敏剂浓度、敷药时间和预处理等还有待进一步优化。

【Abstract】 Acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory disease of the pilosebaceous units.Topical and systemic medication are the first-line options for acne.However, there are drawbacks such as long treatment period, adverse reactions and contraindications.Photodynamic therapy(PDT) has emerged as an effective new treatment for moderate to severe acne, with photosensitizers, light sources, and oxygen as its three main elements.PDT is effective for both inflammatory and non-inflammatory lesions, with most clinical studies showing that PDT is more effective for inflammatory lesions.Adverse events associated with PDT include mild and tolerable pain, post-procedural erythema and edema, and transient hyperpigmentation.PDT can be used as an alternative treatment for acne due to its efficacy and minimal side effects.In the future, the optimal treatment parameters such as photosensitizer, incubation time and pre-treatment preparation for PDT should be further optimized.
