【Abstract】 Based on the spirit of National Postgraduate Education Working Conference and related documents of enhancing political and ideological work of supervisors issued by the Ministry of Education, this paper starts from the actual teaching needs of medical postgraduate professional education, proposes the research on the guiding and teaching ability and cultivation quality of postgraduate supervisors based on political and ideological perspective from a new angle, and puts forward solutions and optimizing strategies of improving graduate cultivation quality based on relevant problems in current guiding and teaching of postgraduate supervisors.更多还原
