基于建构主义的中医学专业“医学免疫学与微生物学”课程教学设计与实践:以免疫预防为例

【摘要】 在新医科教育背景下,越来越多新的教学理念被应用于中医学专业课程教学。医学免疫学与微生物学是联系基础医学和临床实践的重要学科,也是中医药传承创新和中西医结合研究的重要切入点。因此,做好本课程的教学设计对于增强学生学习兴趣及提高教学效果起到至关重要的作用。建构主义理论认为学习是学习者依据原有经验,在互动情境中主动地建构新知识,从而完成教学目标的过程。本课程组基于医学免疫学和微生物学课程特点及中医类专业学生特点,将建构主义学习理论应用于教学实践,对课程的教学内容和教学方法进行了改革。文章从课程教学内容整体设计、教材建设及分析、学情分析、教学目标、重点难点及解决策略、教法学法的多元化应用、教学过程实施、教学效果评价等方面,以“免疫预防”内容为例,详细介绍了课程的教学设计和实践过程。尤其是在教学实施的过程中,应用多元化教学方法循序渐进地引入教学内容,使学生在讨论分析中获取、运用并建构新知识,同时进行能力培养和思政教育,完成了多项教学目标。该课程教学模式能够为教学工作提供参考,也可应用于其他中医专业课程的教学设计中,以服务于高等院校及医院培养中医类及医药类专业人才。

【Abstract】 Under the background of new medical education,more and more novel teaching concepts have been applied to the teaching of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) major courses.Medical immunology and microbiology are important disciplines connecting basic medicine and clinical practice,and are also important entry points for the inheritance and innovation of TCM and the integration of TCM and Western medicine.Therefore,the teaching design of this course plays a vital role in enhancing students’ learning interest and improving the teaching effect.According to the constructivism theory,learning is a process in which learners actively construct new knowledge in an interactive context according to their original experience,so as to complete the teaching objectives.Based on the characteristics of medical immunology and microbiology courses and the characteristics of students majoring in TCM,this course group applies constructivism learning theory to teaching practice,and reforms the teaching content and teaching methods of the course.This paper introduces the teaching design and practice process of the course in detail from the aspects of the overall design of the course teaching content,the construction and analysis of teaching materials,the analysis of learning the teaching objectives,the key and difficult points and the solution strategies,the diversified application of teaching methods,the implementation of teaching process,and the evaluation of teaching effect by taking immunoprophylaxis as an example.Especially in the process of teaching implementation,diversified teaching methods are applied to introduce teaching content step by step,so that students can obtain,apply and construct new knowledge during the discussion and analysis,and carry out ability training and ideological and political education at the same time,achieving a number of teaching objectives.The teaching mode of this course can provide a reference for teaching work,and can also be popularized in the teaching design of other TCM courses,so as to serve the training of TCM or other medical professionals in colleges,universities and hospitals.
