【摘要】 荨麻疹是一种过敏性皮肤病。患者往往出现风团、红斑、时隐时现的瘙痒。中医学认为本病的病因病机在于素体禀赋不足，外感六淫邪气，其中风邪是导致本病的主要致病因素。通过临床实践以及对《伤寒论》中太阳、少阴两感证的理论研究发现，太阳、少阴两感证是荨麻疹的一个重要证型，特别是发于老年人的急性、慢性荨麻疹。急性荨麻疹以外感作为主要表现，慢性荨麻疹以内虚为主要表现，太阳、少阴两感证则处于内虚无力抵御外邪入里的特殊阶段，可作为急、慢性荨麻疹病情衍变的重要标志。此类病主要是由于患者外感风寒邪气未及时就诊，久病损伤人体阳气，阳气无力抵抗邪气外出，使正邪在皮肤肌表相互抗争而发病。文章结合案例，通过对荨麻疹太阳、少阴两感证的发病机制、药理学等方面进行研究，探讨运用麻黄附子细辛汤、麻黄附子甘草汤治疗荨麻疹的可行性，以便为临床治疗荨麻疹提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Urticaria is an allergic skin disease. Patients often present with wheals, erythema, and occasional pruritus. TCM believes that the etiology of this disease lies in the insufficient physical endowment, external Liuyin Xieqi( 六淫邪气), of which wind and evil are the main causative factors leading to this disease. Through clinical practice and theoretical studies of exogenous invasion in both Taiyang( 太 阳) and Shaoyin( 少 阴) meridians syndrome in Shanghan Lun(《 伤寒论 》), it has been found that exogenous invasion in both Taiyang and Shaoyin meridians syndrome are an important symptom of urticaria, especially acute and chronic urticaria in the elderly. Acute urticaria is the main manifestation of external sensation, chronic urticaria is mainly manifested by internal deficiency, and exogenous invasion in both Taiyang and Shaoyin meridians syndrome are in the special stage of internal weakness to resist external evil into the inside, which can be used as an important symbol of the evolution of acute and chronic urticaria. Such diseases are mainly caused by the fact that the patient does not seek medical attention in time for the cold and evil Qi( 气) outside, and the long-term illness damages the Yangqi( 阳气) of the human body, and the Yangqi is unable to resist the evil Qi going out, so that the good and evil fight each other on the skin muscle surface. Based on the case studies, this paper studies the pathogenesis and pharmacology of exogenous invasion in both Taiyang and Shaoyin meridians syndrome, and explores the feasibility of using the Mahuang Fuzi Xixin decoction( 麻黄附子细辛汤) and the Mahuang Fuzi Gancao decoction( 麻黄附子甘草汤) for the treatment of urticaria, so as to provide reference for clinical treatment of urticaria.更多还原
