【摘要】 肺结节因其病因多样性和潜在恶性,其防治成为一大难题。早期发现肺结节并对其进行随访是及时发现肺癌、预防疾病恶化并降低病死率的关键环节。本研究认为,对于无手术指征或无法手术的肺结节患者,除了定期随访,还应及时予以中医综合干预。中医治疗肺结节除了内服方药外,还有多种给药途径,穴位敷贴是重要的中药外用疗法,其优点很多,其一是药物透皮吸收可以避免首过消除和胃肠灭活,其二是可以刺激穴位,激发经络传导,调节免疫功能,从而达到单纯针灸或直接服药达不到的效果。利用穴位敷贴技术治疗肺结节,可以有效缩小病灶,患者依从度高,而且费用低廉。穴位敷贴对于肺结节的治疗依附于中医阴阳学说和经络理论,主要体现了中医顺应自然、药物预防的预防思想。穴位敷贴治疗相应的脏腑病证得到了现代药理学的初步支持,避免了口服药的首过效应和药物代谢对肝脏、肾脏等组织器官的直接伤害。穴位敷贴治疗肺结节在该领域的探索将为肺结节的中医治疗和护理提供新的途径,对穴位贴敷的药物处方和配穴、敷贴技巧等有进一步研究的价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Due to the diversity of etiological causes and potential malignancy, the prevention and treatment of pulmonary nodules has become a major problem. Early detection and follow-up of lung nodules is a key link in the timely detection of lung cancer, prevention of disease progression and reduction of case fatality. This study believes that patients with pulmonary nodules who have no indication for surgery or cannot be operated should be given comprehensive intervention by TCM in a timely manner in addition to regular follow-up. TCM treatment of lung nodules in addition to internal prescription drugs, there are a variety of routes of administration, acupoint dressing is an important TCM medicine topical therapy, with many advantages, one is that the transdermal absorption of drugs can avoid first pass elimination and gastrointestinal inactivation, and the other is can stimulate acupuncture points, stimulate meridian conduction, regulate immune function, so as to achieve the effect that simple acupuncture or direct medication cannot achieve. After clinical practice summary, the author uses acupoint application technology to treat lung nodules, which can effectively shrink lesions, and patients have high compliance and low cost. The treatment of lung nodules by acupoint application is attached to the Yinyang(阴阳) theory and meridian theory of TCM, which mainly embodies the preventive thinking of TCM to conform to nature and drug prevention. The corresponding visceral disease symptoms of acupoint application treatment have been initially supported by modern pharmacology, which avoids the first-pass effect of oral drugs and the direct damage of drug metabolism to the liver, kidneys and other tissues and organs.
