【摘要】 目的：探讨丁苯酞联合阿司匹林口服治疗脑梗死的临床疗效及不良反应。方法：将2020年1月—2022年1月于该院就诊的80例脑梗死患者作为研究对象，根据患者的入院时间将患者均分为对照组和研究组，每组40例。对照组予以阿司匹林肠溶片治疗，研究组予以丁苯酞联合阿司匹林治疗，比较两组临床效果、神经功能、日常生活能力、炎症因子以及不良反应发生情况。结果：研究组临床总有效率为95.00%，高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)；研究组神经功能评分低于对照组，日常生活能力评分高于对照组（P<0.05）；研究组CRP、IL-10、IL-6水平低于对照组（P<0.05）；对照组和研究组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：丁苯酞联合阿司匹林口服治疗脑梗死的临床效果良好，可有效改善患者神经功能，提升日常生活能力，降低炎症水平，安全性较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of butylphthalide combined with aspirin in the treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods: A total of 80 patients with cerebral infarction who were treated in the hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were enrolled in the study. The patients were divided into control group and study group according to the time of admission, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with aspirin enteric-coated tablets, and the study group was treated with butylphthalide combined with aspirin. The clinical effects, mental function, daily living ability, inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: The total clinical effective rate of the study group was 95.00%, which was higher than 75.00% of the control group(P<0.05). The neurological function score of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the daily living ability score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The levels of CRP, IL-10 and IL-6 in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the control group and the study group(P>0.05). Conclusion: The clinical effect of butylphthalide combined with aspirin in the treatment of cerebral infarction is obvious, which can improve the neurological function of patients, enhance their daily living ability, reduce their inflammatory level, and has good safety.更多还原
