响应面法优化萱草花总生物碱的提取工艺

【摘要】 目的:利用响应面法对萱草花总生物碱提取工艺加以优化。方法:研究单因素试验遴选影响萱草花总生物碱提取工艺的因素和水平,并采用Box-Behnken试验设计法对其总生物碱提取工艺进行优化。结果:萱草花总生物碱最佳提取条件:乙醇浓度75%、超声时间及超声温度为15 min、35℃,料液比1∶10(g/ml),取总生物碱2.58 mg/g。结论:优选萱草花总生物碱提取工艺具有可行性。

【Abstract】 Objective: To optimize the extraction process of total alkaloids from Hemerocallis fulva by response surface methodology. Methods: The factors and levels affecting the extraction process of total alkaloids from Hemerocallis fulva were selected by single factor experiment, and the extraction process of total alkaloids was optimized by Box-Behnken design. Results:The optimum extraction conditions of total alkaloids from Hemerocallis fulva were as follows: ethanol concentration was 75%,ultrasonic time was 15 min, solid-liquid ratio was 1: 10(g/ml), ultrasonic temperature was 35 ℃, and the total alkaloids extraction amount was 2.58 mg/g. Conclusion: The optimized extraction process of total alkaloids from Hemerocallis fulva is reasonable and feasible.
