【摘要】 目的：探讨心脑舒通胶囊在缺血性脑血管病二级预防中的应用价值。方法：选择2019年8月—2021年6月河南大学淮河医院确诊的缺血性脑血管病患者58例作为研究对象，随机分为试验组和对照组，每组29例。对照组给予缺血性脑血管病二级预防，试验组在对照组基础上给予心脑舒通胶囊治疗，比较两组颈动脉内中膜厚度（IMT）、血清Hcy水平。结果：两组治疗前、治疗后1个月、治疗后3个月IMT比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；试验组治疗后6个月和12个月IMT低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组治疗前、治疗后1个月血清Hcy水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；试验组治疗后3个月、6个月和12个月血清Hcy水平低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），且随着干预时间的增加，试验组血清Hcy水平呈现逐渐降低趋势，而对照组无明显变化。结论：心脑舒通胶囊可显著降低缺血性脑血管病患者IMT和血清Hcy水平，从而降低缺血性脑血管病风险。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the application value of Xinnaoshutong Capsule in the secondary prevention of ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods: A total of 58 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease diagnosed in Huaihe Hospital of Henan University from August 2019 to June 2021 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 29 cases in each group. The control group was given secondary prevention of ischemic cerebrovascular disease, and the experimental group was treated with Xinnaoshutong Capsule on the basis of the control group. The carotid intima-media thickness(IMT) and serum Hcy levels were compared between the two groups. Results: There was no significant difference in IMT between the two groups before treatment, 1 month after treatment and 3 months after treatment(P>0.05). The IMT of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group at 6 and 12 months after treatment(P<0.05); There was no significant difference in serum Hcy levels between the two groups before and 1 month after treatment(P>0.05).The level of serum Hcy in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group at 3, 6 and 12 months after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). With the increase of intervention time, the level of serum Hcy in the experimental group decreased gradually, but there was no significant change in the control group. Conclusion:Xinnaoshutong Capsule can significantly reduce the levels of IMT and serum Hcy in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease, so as to reduce the risk of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.更多还原
