鸟巢式护理在益生菌治疗新生儿黄疸过程中的应用效果
Effect of Bird Nest Nursing in the Treatment of Neonatal Jaundice with Probiotics
【摘要】 目的:研究鸟巢式护理在益生菌治疗新生儿黄疸过程中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年9月—2022年6月于我院就诊的102例新生儿黄疸患儿,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组51例。两组均采用酪酸梭菌二联活菌散联合蓝光照射进行治疗,对照组予以常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理基础上予以鸟巢式护理干预,比较两组首次排便时间、胎便转黄时间、黄疸消退时间、总胆红素水平、游离胆红素水平和睡眠时间。结果:干预后,观察组首次排便时间、胎便转黄时间、黄疸消退时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总胆红素、游离胆红素水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组睡眠时间长于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:鸟巢式护理应用于益生菌治疗新生儿黄疸中能有效缩短首次排便时间、胎便转黄时间、黄疸消退时间,降低胆红素水平,改善睡眠时间。
【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of bird nest nursing in the treatment of neonatal jaundice with probiotics. Methods:A total of 102 children with neonatal jaundice who were treated in our hospital from September 2019 to June 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 51 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with clostridium butyricum combined with blue light irradiation. The control group was given routine nursing intervention. The observation group was given bird nest nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The first defecation time, meconium turning yellow time, jaundice regression time, total bilirubin level, free bilirubin level and sleep time were compared between the two groups. Results: After intervention, the time of first defecation, the time of fetal stool turning yellow and the time of jaundice resolution in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(<0.05). After intervention, the levels of total bilirubin and free bilirubin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(<0.05). After intervention, the sleep time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group(<0.05). Conclusion: Bird nest nursing applied to probiotics in the treatment of neonatal jaundice can effectively shorten the first defecation time, meconium turning yellow time, jaundice regression time, reduce bilirubin level and improve sleep time.
