【摘要】 目的：探讨治疗尿路感染常用的时间依赖性抗菌药物，为抗菌药物的使用提供参考。方法：回顾性分析该院2016年2月—2019年2月尿路感染处方200张，统计用于治疗尿路感染的抗菌药物种类，依据抗菌药物与其杀灭细菌时所接触的时间汇总出时间依赖性抗菌药物，进行合理用药干预。结果：尿路感染包括女性急性单纯性膀胱炎、急性单纯性肾盂肾炎、复杂性尿感及男性尿感、无症状菌尿以及再发性尿感。尿路感染时间依赖性药物包括头孢菌素类、喹诺酮类、氨基糖苷类等，一般采用口服、注射或者静滴。尿路感染常见疾病包括急性单纯性膀胱炎、急性肾盂肾炎、复杂性尿路感染以及前列腺炎等。尿路感染处方200张，不合理用药为9张，选药不合理和用法不合理为主要不合理用药情况。结论：尿路感染治疗中的时间依赖性抗菌药物需要进行相应的用药管理，促进合理用药，保证用药安全性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the commonly used time-dependent antibiotics in the treatment of urinary tract infection,and to provide reference for the use of antibiotics. Methods: A total of 200 prescriptions for urinary tract infection in the hospital from February 2016 to February 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. The types of antibiotics used to treat urinary tract infection were counted. Time-dependent antibiotics were summarized according to the time of contact between antibiotics and bacteria killing, and rational drug use intervention was performed. Results: Urinary tract infection included female acute simple cystitis, acute simple pyelonephritis, complex urinary tract infection, male urinary tract infection,asymptomatic bacteriuria and recurrent urinary tract infection. Urinary tract infection time-dependent drugs, including cephalosporins, quinolones, aminoglycosides, generally by oral, injection or intravenous infusion. Common diseases of urinary tract infection include acute simple cystitis, acute pyelonephritis, complicated urinary tract infection and prostatitis.There were 200 prescriptions for urinary tract infection, and 9 were irrational drug use. Irrational drug selection and unreasonable usage were the main irrational drug use. Conclusion: Time-dependent antibiotics in the treatment of urinary tract infection need to be managed accordingly to promote rational drug use and ensure drug safety.更多还原
