【摘要】 临床实践教学基地在医学人才培养过程中发挥着不可或缺的重要作用。针对当前高校临床实践教学过程中存在的诸如临床实习与考研的冲突、临床带教指导教师教学积极性不高、临床实践教学经费投入偏低、不同临床实践教学基地之间教学水平和硬件条件差异化明显等问题和矛盾，本文以郑州大学为例，围绕在加快推进一流大学建设过程中的临床实践教学基地建设，通过采取做好临床实践教学基地建设的顶层设计、多措并举处理学生考研与临床实习之间的矛盾冲突、强化临床实践教学基地的监督管理、切实提升临床带教指导教师的教学积极性、建立健全临床实践教学经费长效投入机制等方面的相关措施，阐述了相关的探索与实践及其取得的成效，旨在为进一步提高医学人才培养质量提供参考和助力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Clinical practice teaching base plays an indispensable role in the training of medical talents. In view of the problems existing in the current clinical practice teaching, such as the conflict between clinical practice and postgraduate entrance examination, low enthusiasm of clinical teachers, low investment, and obvious differentiation of teaching quality and hardware conditions among different clinical teaching bases, this paper took Zhengzhou University as an example to explore the construction of clinical practice teaching base in the process of strengthening and promoting the construction of first-class university by taking the top-level design, taking multiple measures to deal with the conflict of students between postgraduate entrance examination and clinical practice, strengthening the supervision and management of the base, improving the enthusiasm of clinical practice instructors, establishing the long-term investment mechanism of clinical practice teaching funds and other relevant measures. This paper expounded the exploration, practice and the results obtained in order to provide reference and help for further improvement of the quality of medical talents training.更多还原
