虚拟仿真融合型教学方式在妇科腔镜技术选修课程中的应用效果

【摘要】 目的 探讨虚拟仿真融合型教学方式在妇科腔镜技术选修课程中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年9—11月期间2批次选修妇科腔镜技术课程的中国医科大学2018级五年制临床医学专业89名学生为研究对象,按照不同选课时间将其分为试验组和对照组。试验组46名学生采用虚拟仿真融合型教学方式,对照组43名学生采用传统教学方式。课程结束后,通过理论考试成绩、实践考核总分和教学满意度调查结果,比较两种教学方式的实施效果。结果 试验组学生的理论考试成绩[(39.98±4.20)分]和实践考核总分[(42.87±1.05)分]均高于对照组学生[(37.74±5.87)分,(41.12±1.72)分],其差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。教学满意度调查结果显示,试验组学生在课程设计、教学方法、教学资源、教学效果和学习体验等方面的评分均高于对照组学生,其差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 虚拟仿真融合型教学方式应用于妇科腔镜技术选修课程,有助于提高学生的学习兴趣、学习主动性和学习效能;同时,仍然有待于不断完善,以更好地服务于医学人才培养和医学教育事业。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of virtual simulation technology-integrated teaching mode in gynecological laparoscopic technology elective course. Methods From September to November 2021, two batches of total of 89 clinical medical undergraduate students(from grade 2018 of China Medical University of five-year clinical medicine) who enrolled in gynecological laparoscopic technique elective course were selected as the research objects, and students were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the different enrolling time. The 46 students in the experimental group adopted the virtual simulation technology-integrated teaching mode, and the 43 students in the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode.At the end of the course, the results of the theoretical test, practical test and teaching satisfaction survey were conducted to compare the implementation effect of different teaching mode between the two groups. Results Both of theoretical and practical score of the experimental group(39.98±4.20,42.87±1.05)were higher than that of the control group(37.74±5.87,41.12±1.72), and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). The results of the questionnaire showed that the scores of experimental group were higher than those in the control group in terms of curriculum design, teaching methods, teaching resources, teaching effects and learning experience, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). Conclusions The virtual simulation technology-integrated course can improve students’ learning interest, initiative and efficiency. However, virtual simulation teaching still needs to further improve to better serve the medical talents training.
